What we collect
Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the service you request, preferred dates, your birth date, time and place (for readings and reports), your questions, your shipping address (for print books), and your correspondence with us. Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive limited transaction information such as your name, email address, amount paid and payment reference, but never your full card number or UPI credentials.
Why we use it
To reply to requests, schedule and deliver readings and classes, prepare reports, send recordings and books, manage memberships, issue confirmations, provide support, handle refunds and disputes, keep records the law requires, and prevent fraud. Birth details are used solely to prepare your reading or report. If you join the mailing list, your email address is used only to send studio news and class announcements; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Your browser
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies; Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies or personal identifiers. The daily Pañcāṅga and time-zone conversions are calculated in your own browser and are not sent to us. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, secure (HTTPS) communications and account security measures. Access to client information is limited to people who need it to provide or support the service you requested.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers reasonably required to provide the service — Stripe for payments, Zoom for sessions, Google Workspace for email and forms, Cloudflare for website hosting, and postal or courier services for print books — or where required by law.
International transfers
We operate from Canada. Information about clients in India, the United States and other countries is transferred to and processed in Canada and in the countries where our service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Booking and financial records may be retained for up to seven years where required for tax, accounting, dispute-resolution or legal purposes. Birth details and reading notes are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and maintain appropriate client records. You may request deletion, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
Your rights and contact
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@ninthwisdom.com. We respond within 30 days.
