Personal readings
The date and time are agreed by email before payment. After payment, a Zoom link is emailed at least 24 hours before the session. Birth Chart Readings and Yearly Check-ins are recorded, and the recording is emailed privately to you after the session. Prashna (one question) readings are delivered as a recorded voice reply by email, normally within 7–14 days of payment.
Live classes
The title, dates, start time, time zone, duration and syllabus are shown before payment, and times on our website are displayed in your own time zone. Zoom joining details are emailed before the first session. The recording and lecture slides are supplied within 7 days of the final session.
Recorded courses
The MP4 recording and PDF lecture slides are made available by email, normally within two business days of successful payment. Members stream the library online for as long as their membership is active.
Prediction reports
Reports are prepared from the birth date, time and place you provide and emailed as a PDF, normally within 5 business days of payment (Year Ahead reports within 10 business days). Please check your birth details carefully; reports prepared from details you supplied cannot be refunded if those details were wrong.
Books
- Ebooks are emailed, normally within two business days of payment.
- Print books are shipped worldwide. They normally dispatch within 5 business days of payment; the shipping cost and estimated delivery time for your country are confirmed before you pay. Tracking is provided where the carrier offers it.
- Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are payable by the recipient.
Membership
Membership access details are emailed after your first payment. Included Monthly Prediction Reports are emailed each month; included Year Ahead reports and Inner Circle mentoring sessions are scheduled with you by email.
If we cannot deliver
If a paid service cannot be provided as described and a replacement date or equivalent alternative cannot be agreed, the full amount paid is refunded to the original payment method. Questions about a delivery: support@ninthwisdom.com.
